How your brief answers are used

What is collected

Only what you enter in the brief yourself: name, contact, move-in month and optional answers about your family, plans and habits. About children the form asks for age only. The form does not ask about nationality, religion or origin.

While you fill it in

Your answers are kept in your browser on this device so that progress is not lost if the page closes. The draft is cleared after you send the brief. You can clear it earlier with “Clear the form”.

Where the answers go

When you press “Send the brief”, the answers pass through the site’s server on Cloudflare and reach Zhaniya as an email sent through the Resend mail service. The site has no database of its own: the answers live in Zhaniya’s inbox.

Who sees the answers

Zhaniya Adilova. The site sends the answers to her only and does not publish them anywhere.

How to delete your answers

Email zadilova@theagencyonerock.com and ask for your brief to be deleted. Zhaniya will delete the email with your answers and the related correspondence.
